How do I pay?

We send a secure Yoco card link or Ozow Instant EFT via WhatsApp. Returning customers may use 50% deposit + COD for the balance at delivery.

Cash on delivery?

To keep orders safe, first-time customers pay online. For repeat customers, COD is available with a 50% deposit. Drivers wait up to 5 minutes. Failed delivery forfeits the deposit.

Do you deliver anything?

YiThume supports general goods and deliveries. Sellers are responsible for what they list and for complying with local rules. We may block prohibited items and require extra checks for restricted categories.

Where do you operate?

We’re starting in the Eastern Cape (Port Alfred, Bathurst, Kenton-on-Sea, Makhanda/Grahamstown, Alice, Alexandria, Alicedale) and expanding to remote & hard-to-reach areas nationwide. If your town is hard to reach, we want to cover it.
